Job Responsibilities: • Proactively prevent losses from business abuse, theft and fraud. • Investigate, detain and interview shoplifters and fraud suspects. • Report and document cases and incidents. • Appear as a witness in legal proceedings when necessary. • Communicate ideas and measures to prevent losses and increase efficiencies. • Assist in the promotion of employee Loss Prevention awareness programs. • Monitor CCTV, EAS, Access, and inventory systems. • Conduct Risk Management inspections and communicate potential safety hazards and vulnerability in active Security measures. • Report and investigate store accidents, injuries and property damage. • Consistently demonstrate and promote courtesy, professionalism, and respect when conducting crowd control and responding to customer incidents.
Minimum of 2 years proven Retail Loss Prevention experience.
Proficient in both internal and external investigations and apprehensions.
Competent in the use and maintenance of CCTV and EAS systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Competent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as a member of a team, always willing to remain flexible and do whatever is necessary to take care of our customers.
