The Customer Solutions Department is located within our Home Office in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Our Customer Contact Coordinators assist customers on the phone and through email and online chat by placing orders, designing spaces and handling all shipping and product questions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Establishes effective connections with a diversity of customers via phone or chat
Effectively manages time with multiple projects including phone calls, placing orders, designing spaces and other online and phone services
Actively researches product information and shares information on product uses and ways to effectively sell the product using solution-based selling
Communicates consistently with the team and seeks avenues to find information using available resources
Works collaboratively with the team to manage multiple calls, emails and inquiries
Consistently arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule
Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information
Performs other requested tasks and duties
These positions require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, a passion for helping others solve their storage challenges and a strong sense of urgency.
We are seeking people who are comfortable with the Internet and e-commerce and have excellent computer skills. Candidates should also have experience in some of the following areas: sales, customer service, email and call center interaction.
